According to the city there is nothing they can do about preventing this store from opening, even though the owner of this store has violated the provisions of their business license in other cities in our state and Nebraska multiple times. Please take a moment to get familiar with this owner and his business practices in an effort to "know your enemy". I do not wish to cause support for this business in any way. I do wish for the people of Spanish Fork to be aware of what is going on and hope a thorough knowledge of the subject matter will inspire us to take action and not be the silent unheard majority.
